How to Mass Change Working Hours for 350 Employees

Summary:

We have 350 Employees all under 1 Legal Employer where we would like to change the Working Hours for the employees. Below are the specifications for the changes. What is the recommended way to be able to implement these mass changes?

Currently, 346 Employees have a work shift displaying of 48 hours per week and 4 employees have a work shift displaying of 40 hours per week.

The Proposed changes are below:

All employees should be considered to work 40 hours in the day shift, 37.5 hours in the split shift and 35 hours in the night shift.

Day shift – 40 hours

Split shift – 37.5 hours

Night shift – 35 hours
