Is it possible to filter an existing career site based on multiple countries?

We are trying to filter our existing career site based on region. We are trying to add multiple countries so the site would show jobs in multiple countries. Is it possible to do this without creating a new career site?

We would like to retain just having one career site that is pre-filtered with multiple countries when the URL is shared.
