How do you update pension contributions using HDL Import and Load Data?

I have attempted to upload a new percentage for ERs pension contributions but keep getting errors. I've found to Change Logical Start Dates by using ReplaceFirstEffectiveStartDate and ReplaceLastEffectiveEndDate but still get the following error: -

The effective dates on this new element entry are invalid. This entry causes an overlap with an existing entry for the same element {ELEMENT_NAME}

So next I changed the CalculationCard, CardComponent and CalculationValueDefinition EffectiveStartDate to 2021/09/06 and the EnterableCalculationValue, CardAssociation and CardAssociationDetail EffectiveStartDate to 2023/01/02 and this imported successfully.
