Mass Download of Document Records in REDWOOD not working

Need a workaround to Mass Download Document Records as the REDWOOD version is not working

Last week we enabled the REDWOOD version of the Mass Download of Document Records and we were able to submit a job.

But next day, when trying to retrieve the submitted job we got this message:

The ability to create new jobs and the job we created were gone.

We have tried to rollback to the classic page for Mass Download, but it's telling us that we can't use it as we have already submitted job in REDWOOD
