Custom measures are not acting as Causal factors for Forecasting

Summary:

I have defined a custom measure and would like to use it as Causal factor for forecasting. I have established a negative correlation for the shipments history with custom Price measure. However, the Causal factor is not being considered by the demand planning engine.
