Unable to Process the Replenishment Request from Rest API

Summary: We have configured PAR Replenishment for Count Method and On Hand Type in our instance and provided Inventory Manager, Warehouse Manager, Supply Chain Operations Manager role to both Source and destination org. We Tried to Process the Replenishment Request from Rest API through Postman by passing the count qty less than the configured PAR qty. But Postman is giving response as "Process Successfully Completed" without any Batch number failing to create the

Supply Request.
