BIP Report Tagged to OTBI Dashboard is taking long time and error out

I have developed the BIP Report and Tagged to dashboard. When I run the report from dashboard it is taking longtime more than 10 minutes and it is error out with the message as user requested cancel operation.

When I schedule the report from BIP Scheduler, it is taking 3.5 minutes. But from OTBI Dashboard it is taking more than 10 minutes.

Kindly help/suggest me how the report from dashboard can be completed below 5 minutes.
