Is it possible to hide education dates on the candidate's application? Can this be done for the specific region, like Colorado US?

We need to turn off the start/end dates attended on the education screen and still get the school’s name and degree.  Can this be done just for Colorado jobs (because of the new law)? Can a text be added with the instructions for Colorado jobs applicants? Please advise.
