How to default value for DFF field?

We will need to default 3 fields in a page when a job is entered. It currently defines Union Information within PER_JOBS_DFF fields (Attributes 6, 7, 8).

We need this union information to default into the corresponding Position Union fields when creating or requesting new positions.
