Price breaks approvals

Summary:

Each quarter the Business has price updates, often after the end of the quarter it relates to, that must be reflected in the PO.

 PO = Qty x Price. 

They will be implementing price breaks for retroactive pricing and want to know how they can have the lines updated in the PO without a change order being triggered. Is this possible?

 If they must be approved, then at least once per quarter is not too bad – currently these are raised and approved each month based on usage.
