Creating DFF for Request Non-Catalog

Hello,

I created a DFF for Request Non-Catalog using the Learning Request Additional Atributes (WLF_LEARNING_REQUEST_DFF). When I create one LOV DFF, it combines with the LOV DFF that I created under Learning Item Additional Atributes (WLF_LEARNING_ITEM) so all LOV are there and they appear in Request Non-Catalog.

Are all DFF values interrelated? How do i separate them according to the specific DFF? Can anyone help me? Thank you.
