Supplier Registration to be used as a determining factor

Hi

We have created a tax rule to fetch the tax rate based on ship from country and supplier registration status as registered.

Supplier registration status is already "Registered" at master level.

However, when the tax rule is getting applied, transaction value is coming as blank against registration status.
