Create direct link to ICP Plan

Hello,

We have business requirement to create Direct Link for ICP Plan in Me section

For example we have ICP plans created (Plan A , Plan B , Plan C),

and every Plan have its options,

Now we need to create Direct Link and show in Under Me group , so when employee click on it it direct him to Plan A and them employee

choose plan option , and ICP plan should be dimmed in this case so employee can not change it.

How can we achieve that.

Example in below picture: the highlighted will be Plan A and will directly to PLAN A page without authority to change the plan type
