Oracle ERP Post clone tasks

After a clone of our Oracle ERP production environment to one of the Test environments, I complete some tasks after the clone

We always ask Oracle for data masking in the cloning request, so the user names and email address are masked.

I have run the following scheduled jobs listed below but the display name/worker name does not change to the masked name but stay as the name in production. Am I missing a step or do I have to submit the following jobs in a specific order?

Refresh Manager Hierarchy

Synchronize Person Records

'Apply Name formats to person name' for Display name
