Is it possible to change the label of Save and close button only for Hiring Manager

We have a requirement to change the label of Save and close button in the create requisition page only for Hiring Manager. Tried using Page composer using the admin access . But the change in label is appearing for everyone except the Hiring Manager. Any suggestions?
