Payroll Activity Report showing 1 failed record and 1 ignore record in Summary

Summary:

Hello Payroll friends - Has anyone had issues when running the Payroll Activity Report that at the top it will show 1 failed record and 1 ignored record. When we click on the 1 failed record nothing appears?


We use this report to audit and to balance our payroll and we are concerned if someone is being left off the report.
