I am writing to inquire about the GL BPM Approval feature with spreadsheets. I have noticed that there is no option to assign positions when using this feature. I am wondering how I can utilize the job level hierarchy or role in this case. I have attempted to add a job role using the role for approval, but I encountered an error message in the log file stating that the role must already exist in the system. Could you please advise me on how I can define a new job level hierarchy and role?
