OBN - Ability to have two different Production Mode Document Setups

Summary:

How can I add two different Production Mode Document Formats in OBN. I was able to do it for Test Mode (see screenshot), and my test were successful. I am now ready to elevate this same change into Production, but I can only add 1 Document Format (OAG 7.2) when I need to add two (OAG 7.2, CXML 1.2x) just like I did for the Test Mode Document Format. (see screenshot)

Please provide instructions on how I can add CXML 1.2x to the Production Mode Document Format.
