User not able to run a dashboard in OTBI

Hi,

I am testing a user where he is able to view the Dashboard and when I click on it, the prompt and report does not show up. He is comp manager and I added the role under section permissions in both prompt and report section editing the dashboard.

The section permissions that I gave did not help. What could be the reason and possibilities?
