Trending using Actuals that includes Adjustment amounts

Summary:

I am trying to perform Budget planning via the Trend Based planning form. In this form, I selected "Current Year Actual Average". However, I noticed it is only picking up values stored under OFS_Load and not the adjusted amounts under "OFS_Direct Input". How do I make the Trend-Based rule also pick up adjustment amounts?
