Did anyone try a skip rule on the FICA tax elements
Summary:
We want to automate the FICA exemption for the F1 VISA employees. Workers on F1 VISA do not have to pay FICA taxes. We store the F1 VISA details in the VISA/documents page on the employee profile.
How can we leverage this information to automate the FICA exemption?
Going to calculation card and marking FICA exempt is tedious and prone to mistakes and human errors.
Trying to attach a skip rule on the Social Security Employee Tax element, but it does not allow the skip rule.
Pls advise if anyone has a better option.
