appearing of two assignments while adding new element entry

Summary:In person management when adding new element entry there is two assignment numbers appears one starts with E and the other one starts with P and when I calculate payroll for them they not appear in the run even though I select assignment number starts with E

to be more clear this employee was pending worker then get hired

p-pending

E-employee

it appears for any element.


what should i do?
