I'm Unable to Upload PGP key Post 24A Upgrade in BI Publisher using Administrator. It is giving 'Generating BI Publisher kaypair failed: reason = gpg --gen-key command failed. Exit value=2'

I'm able to upload same key in 23D environment. Attaching Screenshot for the reference.
