Assignments not being marked as completed after Activity Sequencing

Hi everyone,

We have enabled the Activity Sequencing functionality on Friday, and today many users have been reporting that they are completing the assignments (activities/offerings) but the assignment is not being marked as completed.

I have gone into the Offering and clicked on 'Actions' and then on 'Reconcile Learning Assignments', as the overview section was showing that there were some 'Learner Assignments Missing Most Recent Changes', and the assignments status got updated.

As you can imagine, it's not a viable solution to just keep manually reconciling all the offerings we have in the system.

When enabling Activity Sequencing, I have followed all the steps available here:
