How to grant line manager access to Additional Person Info for direct reports?

Summary:

We have a business requirement for Line Managers to be able to view a specific Info Group within Additional Person Info for their direct reports. How can we configure this?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

  • Within My Client Groups>Additional Person Info, we have an Info Group called 'Gaming Registration' (see screenshots below)
  • Line Managers do not currently have access to this page
  • Our requirement is for Line Managers to be able to view Gaming Registration Info Group with read-only access for their direct reports
  • We do not want Line Managers to be able to view/edit any other Info Groups within Additional Person Info
