Summary:

To begin, our company is using Oracle HCM to store and maintain employee data, including tax information, while processing payroll in Oracle EBS. We have an integration that feeds these data from HCM to EBS for payroll processing.

In the recent Oracle EBS End of Year Patch Phase 3 we received, a change in the filing status for the state of Iowa will be implemented: removing the Married (2) filing status and replacing it with Married Filing Jointly One Spouse Working and Married Filing Jointly Two Spouse Working. Meanwhile, the recent "19-Jan-24_23D_Weekly_Maintenance_Pack_Readme_Fusion_Applications" did not mention any changes regarding this
