Dear All,

We have enabled Late Hire Functionality for our client and application is behavior little strange.

In order to test out the feature below is the case we considered:

1. Regular payroll closed for Sep 2023.
2. Late Hire Funcationality was enabled by loading the HDL
3. Some individual quick pays ran till Aug 2024 also for some testing purposes.
4. Hired an employee on 10th Sep 2023 and application generated retro event notification with process date of 15/9/2023.
5. Evaluate Late Hire process got executed for the newly hired employee thrice - Sep, Oct and Nov 2023 month instead of to be processed once for Sep 2023.
