HCM Extract Balance Data

Whem we submit and extract, we are getting information for one of the balance groups we created, but the other balance group is not bringing information related to the balance. We have tried various YTD dimensions that the balance definitions has assigned, but none have yield results for that specific balance.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
