Is there any default or existing cookie policy that Oracle provides for External Career Sites?

Summary:

We've noticed that the external career site does not have a default Cookie Policy and requires customers to enter their own Cookie Consent Message and Policy. Is there any default or existing cookie policy that Oracle provides which explains the different cookies that are being used, which are mandatory and which are the ones users can decline? It could be a link that has a complete list of the cookies.
