Balance Adjustments changes through HSDL are not reflecting on Employee balances

Hi,

We have loaded Balance Adjustments of State Taxes through HSDL. The load was successful and Ran Adjust Multiple Balances Process. It is also successful. But nowhere we can see these changes (Balance Adjustments of State taxes) in the system. HDL is working as expected.

Can anyone please help us with this?
