Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi all, we want to change the enterprise hire date of an employee as it is reflecting wrong. For doing the same, I search for the first work relationship(now inactive) to edit it and change the legal Employer hire date. When I submit the request, I am getting the below errors.

1.You can't change the start date because multiple salaries exist. (CMP-1005854)

2.You can't change the date because records for assignment number E123456789067 exist before this date. Delete the records or select a date that's before 15/01/2002
