How to allow employee to default same address in Permanent address, Current Address, Mailing address

New joiners are required to fill the address thrice, even if they have the same address for all three categories : Permanent address, Current Address, Mailing address

To improve employee experience we require a checkbox or some solution that will allow employee to choose option to default the same address in all the other address types. How do we do it.
