Approval Update Error in Fusion

Summary:

Hi,

We have come across several instances where Approval Request goes to an Approver, he approves it but it is not getting reflected in Fusion.

But when we user admin user and reassign the approval request to Approver this time when he approves it. Gets updated in Fusion and approval process progresses.

How to diagnose such issues. We cannot raise an SR on this as we do not have any live cases and it happens case to case basis
