Extract account usage

Is there a way to extract the list of forms that an account is used on? We can view the usage account by account but need to be able to provide a comprehensive list to users to support the consolidation journals, so they know which forms need updating if they change an account balance.

We have multiple forms that provide analysis of the income statement and balance sheet balances and when a user changes one of the using a consolidation journal. they also need to update the related disclosures. Users need a "tool" that prompts them to at least check all the forms the account appears on so they can be changed and approved at the same time.
