Can we disable the Signed PO PDF attachment to be send to the buyer if the PO is rejected

Summary:

Hello,

When the PO is rejected by the Manager, the buyer is getting a rejected email but the PO PDF attached with the signature which is not right. The buyer still need to get the Rejected notification but without a PO PDF attachment. Is this possible?
