Problem for using transfer order line rest webservice when user change the language preferences

Hi,

I'm using the rest service /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/transferOrders/{HeaderId}/child/transferOrderLines/{transferOrderLinesUniqID} to update the priority of a transfer order line but, the rest service show an error. We'd noticed that whether user change the preference in fusion (23D - 11.13.23.10.0) to other language, like FRC, the system get the value in WSH_SHIPPING_PRIORITY lookup for that language, but in this case the value in the rest must change. The users lives in Montreal so, they use FRC or ENG. For example, in English the priority values is "high", so I pass in the rest "ShipmentPriority" : "High" , but if the user change the language to
