I ran Generate payslip but i got zero results

Summary:

I ran payroll flow for the workers included in Payroll relation group specifically for 3 workers.

Calculate payroll = success 3 workers found

Calculate prepayments = success 3 workers found

Archive Periodic reports = success 3 workers found

Make EFT payments = success 3 workers found.

Generate Payslips = 0 results, Completed with Alerts

Errors and warnings: An internal assertion test couldn't be completed at location ProcReportPayAct.childRequestStatus:1. Contact your help desk.1


My parameters:

Process Start Date: 1/23/2024

Process End Date: 1/23/2024

Payroll Biweekly Payroll

Payroll Relationship Group: selected the correct PRG

Process Configuration Group: DEFAULT GROUP

Skip BI server for online payslip: Y


Payroll calendar:

Tried to update the start date and End date using the calendar below but same results.
