Has anyone implemented guided learning for Hire an employee process ?

Summary: We are planning to implement Oracle Guided Learning process for HR actions and wanted to check if anyone has implemented guided learning for Hire an employee action ? Need some help with below queries:

1. How to restrict it to only "Hire an Employee" action and not be available for actions like Add a Contingent Worker or Add a Nonworker flow ?
2. Do we need separate guided learning process for Create a Work Relationship action incase of Rehiring ?
3. If during the guided learning process for Hire an Employee, a user enters a duplicate person information and navigates to Rehire page (Create a Work Relationship), how to accommodate this in one guided learning process for Hire an Employee OR should we trigger another guided learning process for it ? maybe using Branching ?
