Recording external learning - multiple completion records under same offering/activities

Hello,

We are trying to record non-catalog learning completion in OLC, but are struggling to find the most appropriate way to go about this. Taking the following as an example:

We have an "English Speaking" course for which one unique learner has followed a number of sessions throughout the year, which we'd like to record in Oracle - eg:

• 8 hours on January 1st, 8 hours on January 15th
• 4 hours on February 2nd
• 3 hours on March 20th
• Etc.

We've tried to create offerings and activities to capture these separate completion instances, but are getting stuck to record all of these records for one and the same learner (eg. you can't put the learner under multiple activities successfully, as putting the learning on Activity 1 puts him on a waiting list for Activity 2. Which makes us unable to record learning completion on both activities).
