24A How bookmark Learning Items can be managed and viewed by admin/HR ?

Summary:

Hello, we are trying to test the add to journey new 24A learning feature connected to journeys.

When the learner create a new journey, he can also reassign one task of the journey to another person. As an HR and admin we would like to have a view on this bookmarks created by the learners and the tasks reassigned to other people. We can not see these bookmarks created from my client groups - journeys. There is no specific privilege mentioned in the 24a release nor in the other oracle documentation. Our HR admin can already manage the journeys but not the one created by learners. Are we missing something ?
