Recruiting Content Library - Changing Visibility

I created a new notification type in the Recruiting Content Library and I set the visibility to "Internal" but now I think I need it set to "Internal, External".

Is there a way to edit the already-created item? Or do I need to deactivate this one and create a new one? My only options currently are: "Edit Content Item Name", "Copy to Create New Version", "Create Content Item from Version", "Deactivate Content Item"
