Italian AR E-Invoicing ProgressivoInvio Number

Hi,  

As per Italian reporting requirement we are developing Italian AR E-Invoicing report with XML output. We have a tag called 'ProgressivoInvio', as per the customer requirement, this tag should have sequence number starting from 1 and increment for each xml file. We need your suggestion on any database sequence is available to use or another place holder to generate sequence and use in the report in Oracle Fusion application.
