Redwood ESS - ILT Offering Times not showing

Is there a way to enable the offering times for an ILT offering BEFORE the learner enrolls?

As you can see in the screenshot below, in Available Offerings it only gives me the available offering dates. However there are mulitiple offerings scheduled for the same day.

I only see the time, after I click Enroll
