A system error ORA-01403

Summary:

When running quick pay for test employee we get the below error message:

A system error ORA-01403: no data found occurred in table pay_dir_card_comp_defs_f at location 507. Contact your help desk.

Oracle support is not giving any solution for this error. Calculation card, payroll relationship and salary are all defined. What is strange the set up is the same for all our test employees, for some quick pay is processing correctly but for some we're getting this error.
