24A BIP report performance issue

Summary:

We have created 2 reports (w4Federal and ADP Reconciliation) and this two reports completed with in 5 min before 24A patch. Now these reports taking more that 2 hours to complete.

Could anyone face the same issue and please let me know what need to change to fix the issue.
