More than one qualifying Pension Scheme
Summary:
We have a business scenario where there two different types of contribution structure/Eligible Compensation e.g. Pension A has only Basic Salary while Pension B has Basic Salary+Overtime.
As per the client it is only one Pension scheme with different funding however in HCM as the eligible Compensation for pension contribution are different ,they are considered as different Pension Schemes.
Employee can choose to move from Pension Scheme to another that i.e move from A to B , however at any point of time they can be a part of only one pension scheme.
