Hi,

While submitting any HR transaction (e.g. Promotion , Transfer) submitter can upload document in 'Document of Record' section of the transaction.

But approver cannot view this attachment while approving the transaction in notification. Is this a product limitation?

Approver can view the document uploaded under Comments section but not the one uploaded under DOR section by submitter.
