Create a Direct Link to an ESS Job parameter Form from Page Entry

In order to generate their Job Letters, employees run the scheduled process NIBTT_GLOBAL_JOB_LETTER.

Customers requirement is to create a Page Entry on Springboard clicking on which , user will see the parameter form for the ESS Job NIBTT_GLOBAL_JOB_LETTER. They should not get chance to access any other scheduled processes.

Apart from this, we want to make few parameters readonly based on the value selected in "Would you like your letter addressed to a specific institution " parameter which has valueset has NIB_YES_NO (custom valueset having Yes/No values)
