How can I load date gaps for a pay element?

As example a bonus pay element called Bonus A. We need to be able to load several start and end date periods for a single pay element. This is because functionally a bonus is only applicable for a certain period and a following bonus can become active in the further future.

For example:

Initial load Bonus A: Start date 1/1/2023 End date 1/6/2023.

Few months later we also need to be able to load a second period of Bonus A again start date 1/1/2024 End date 1/6/2024.
