Option to skip CEO Approval in Management Hierarchy.

Hi Team,

do we have any option to skip CEO approval in management hierarchy.

we have two level approval for Management Hierarchy and then FYI notification to Representative.

Requirement - at second level, If Approver is CEO then it should auto approve.
